Values Bunting - Peace

IMG 0749IMG 0750

Following our Remembrance Service last Friday, many children have been reflecting on the meaning of ‘peace’ and thinking about how to create a peaceful atmosphere in school. Congratulations! Winners of the Small Schools

Well done to all the children, from year 2 to year 6, who represented Ickleford at this year’s North Herts Athletics Finals.

Ickleford were invited to participate in the finals, held again at Ridlins Athletics Track in Stevenage, as winners of this year’s Rural Schools Athletics Competition.

After a wonderful, and wet, mornings athletics, Ickleford were announced as winners of this year’s small schools competition for the third year running.

This is a wonderful achievement and each and every one of the 43 children who competed should feel very proud. All the children took part in the right spirit, encouraging, supportive and demonstrating great sportsmanship.

Please see Gallery page for photographs.
